						Performance Qualification (PQ) is long term activity. In the course of PQ equipment performance in the real process during long time is checked. In particular, the following issues are checked: long term performance, effect of seasonal factors, stability of operation and ensured product quality. PQ is performed continuously during long term, e.g. 1 year. PQ results form statistics used at regular re-validation. PQ is often divided into stages, e.g. for pharmaceutical water systems: PQI, PQII and PQIII.
